From our HQ just outside Amsterdam, and our offices in Kampala and Juba, we support clients and projects around the globe. Our offices in East Africa can serve clients autonomously, or in close cooperation with our head office.

Our director

Bob Vlietstra has spent his career leading development projects and working in challenging environments.

In addition to his management and governance role, he is closely involved at an operational level, and has been active as an IPA consultant in South Sudan since his first visit in 1985.
